    I’ve been coming to this dispensary for a long time, and I’ve spent a lot of money here—especially on pre-rolls. Lately, though, they’ve consistently been out of the multi-pack pre-rolls. I’ve asked about them several times because I prefer buying those over the more expensive singles, but nothing ever seems to change. Today I finally expressed my frustration because they were out of almost every multi-pack again. They always encourage customers to leave great reviews, and I’ve usually had good experiences with the staff. But apparently expressing frustration about an ongoing inventory issue makes me “rude.” My concern is simple: if you’re constantly out of a product your customers buy regularly, how do you expect to keep people happy or make those sales? I keep hearing that Amanda is the main manager, but she’s never there when I stop in, so all I ever get is the same generic response. The interaction today sealed it for me. I was told I was being rude after I pointed out that I didn’t need a second employee repeating the exact same answer I’d already been given. Unless someone can provide new information or an actual solution, hearing the same explanation twice doesn’t help. Unfortunately, it looks like it’s time for me to find a new dispensary. ✌🏼
