Cool place with nice vibes but there’s always a wait. Writing review because every time I come in here it’s something else. Staff really isn’t that friendly or helpful. I only come here when I have to.

Wife and I are never coming here again. She had 308 points in rewards. We get there so she can use them and they tell us she doesn't have any points. Pulled up the app and showed them that she did and they still wouldn't honor it. Seems like every time we go here, there's a problem. Done with Verts. Edit: Owner replied a week ago saying someone would reach out and no one has. My 1 star stands.
