I am deeply disappointed to change my 5 star review to a 1 star after 3 years of 100% loyalty to green truck. Prices have risen and quality has become highly inconsistent. Despite this, I still made a 6-hour trip relying on their bulk discounts, only to be told on arrival that bulk pricing was discontinued. This lack of communication and transparency cost me an extra $300. The equivalent of a month's worth of medication. Because I couldn't purchase my usual amount, I am now facing weeks of being entirely bedridden with violent vomiting. Taking away bulk options without warning is cruel to customers who rely on your products for their health. As a result of this unexpected financial burden and the lack of communication, Green Truck has entirely lost my trust.
