Used to be my go to dispensary where I became their highest reward club member since they opened. There are too many other dispensaries around that are way more organized & care more about their customers. Watched 3 people walk out tonight with nothing after waiting for 20 minutes because the walk in line had 4 registers while the backed up pre order line had 15+ people waiting over 15 minutes. At one point fresh walk ins were being prioritized over the people waiting. My next visit I will claim all my points and never walk into this place ever again.

The old man security was very mean. I am autistic and I am not good with commotion . They treat others less than human and are way too aggressive for a job that it seems they sold their soul . The security on 7/27/26 was lying on my partner and I all while smiling and denying my order . I have bad anxiety but I will report this to the proper channels as this seems to be happening to a lot of people who are regulars here . I was a first time buyer but I will not ever go back to this establishment and each person who I know goes here will gladly go to another dispensary once they hear what I experienced . F FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . SHUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOWN OR CHANGE YOUR EMPLOYEES.

2nd time in a row Zenleaf has made it hard to purchase here. I’m convinced y’all don’t like colored people atp. And the attitude is not needed for first time buyers. The 60 year old security was upset I didn’t park but I was doing a delivery and wanted to see if I can make it fast I had no idea there was an issue but then he proceeded to harass my partner even after she moved and started to bang on the window that she locked the car and put up all the windows to avoid conflict . Wish there was a no star option as this isn’t customer service I’d give any stars to.
