I came in expecting to grab a few things and leave. Instead, Ed delivered what can only be described as a life-changing spiritual experience. The second I walked up to the counter, I swear the store got brighter. Birds started chirping indoors. Somewhere in the distance I heard Morgan Freeman narrating my purchase. Ed answered every question before I even asked it, somehow knew exactly what I wanted, and made the entire process smoother than a fresh jar of premium flower. I’m pretty sure this man could solve world peace if you gave him a name tag and a cash register. By the time I left, my credit score had gone up, my back pain disappeared, my relationship with my father improved, and I think my dog respects me more. If Ed isn’t Employee of the Century, I don’t know who is. Give this man a raise, a corner office, and at minimum his own national holiday. I’ll definitely be back… mostly because I need to see if he’s actually human or just customer service software that became self-aware. 10/10. Five stars somehow doesn’t feel like enough.

Nirvana is very sneaky with prices. If your new to smoking and don’t know much about dispensary brands they will trick you into purchasing old product they need off the shelves. Their bud-tenders don’t know much and if you are a new smoker you will be tricked. Also over 70% of their stock is outdated and soon to expire. Months old stock (some from the previous year!!) to be sold. I don’t know if Nirvana knows this but marijuana goes bad! I wouldn’t recommend going here for a while or at least until old batches have all been sold.
