The people that work there are wonderful and really nice. The products are good, but their phone system sucks and their app doesn't work. That's the only issue I have with this place and when you try to call you get an automated system that tells you they can't take a phone call right now. Very frustrating, but the people there are great\n The one star is for the phone service and the app.

Everyone is super cool and friendly! I like to research mine at home and so I always preorder, but I have asked questions they’ve helped with. Also, if your vape clogs they have a 5-day return policy. Happened to me once and they fixed it within a minute!
