Secret Garden is a great addition to Buffalo! I was looking for a new CBD cream to help with my shoulder pain. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The store is clean, well-organized, and has an impressive selection of quality products at different price points. I appreciated how easy the shopping experience was from start to finish. I have a lot of pain issues and the Bison Botanic CBD cream has been a game changer. It works quickly and lasts long. If you’re looking for great customer service and a dispensary that genuinely makes you feel comfortable, I highly recommend stopping by!

Owner (or manager) was rude and asked if I was going to buy something or if I was just going to waste his budtender’s time. The budtender, by the way, was texting on her phone when I walked in. I didn’t realize I was pulling her away from such important work. The budtender was kind, but it seemed like she didn’t know her own menu. She was texting while we were talking too. I ended up buying product I didn’t even like because the owner/manager was rude and dismissive. I bought “premium” flower that was dry and not to my palette because of how rushed the owner made me feel- in an EMPTY store. Both the owner and budtender need better hospitality training. I hope they figure out their system soon.
