-2 stars for AI art usage. When you buy something they give you a cute cardboard baggy with a cow that has horns, udders, no eyes and no mouth. Other than that it's a great store. Great decoration all around and very friendly staff. We got free snacks too.

1/5 stars — Defective product, denied refund despite prior confirmation I purchased a $30 vape cartridge (on sale for $8 off) on Monday, July 13. After only 3–4 hits, the cartridge started tasting burnt, indicating a clear defect. I live 42 minutes away — the closest location to me in any direction — so before making the trip back, I called ahead to confirm I could return the defective cartridge. Staff told me they routinely replace cartridges as long as you bring them in and show them in person. Based on that assurance, I made the drive back. When I arrived, the staff acted as if the phone call never happened and refused to issue a refund or replacement. Wasting a customer's time and gas money after explicitly confirming a return policy over the phone is unacceptable. I would not have made the trip otherwise. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability here, and I will be pursuing this matter through my local small claims court if it isn't resolved.

Great experience open late, which makes it super convenient as every other dispensary is closed gave out some free popcorn, which who doesn’t think that’s awesome. Totally awesome and the lady who helped me decide on the pre-roll that I wanted was super good knew what she was talking about and was able to provide me with a high-quality pre-roll which lasted me the whole weekend. Praise the Lord thank you so much. Will return to this location many times.

I stopped by Farmer’s Choice Dispensary in New Paltz yesterday, and honestly, the energy was so good I came right back today. People like Lily and the rest of the amazing staff make you feel right at home, even when you don’t know every soda flavor, what every kind does, or exactly what you’re looking for yet. Everybody was helpful, knowledgeable, sweet, patient, and just genuinely awesome. Huge shoutout to Lily, who even gave me two plants. 🌿 And to the woman working there who’s also a sick tattoo artist and an amazing painter—I’m sorry I forgot your name, but hopefully somebody tags you because your work is incredible. Great flower, beautiful art, cool bracelets, and even better people. Farmer’s Choice has that rare kind of energy only stoners really understand—the kind where you meet someone for the first time and somehow feel like you’ve already been friends forever. Super local. Super quality. Super good people. What better place than this?

I have been shopping at Farmers Choice Dispensary for quite some time now. I always enjoy my experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The ability to pre-order and pick-up quickly is great, and their daily sales often give me an excuse to try new products. While I've gone to other dispensaries Farmers Choice is the one I always return to.

Always a pleasure visiting! They are very quick and efficient!! There was a situation recently, where I was missing an item from my order, and once it was brought to their attention, it was corrected immediately!

Love this place. Easily the best dispensary in the area, with the best staff, selection, and professional and clean feeling inside the store. Just get rid of the happy meal containers for our goodies on the way out, we all just toss them on the way out. Simple bags will do!
