Great customer service!!!! I originally purchased the Space Cannon, but it wasn’t the right product for me. When I went back to the store, the staff listened to my concerns and offered me store credit toward my next purchase. They didn’t have to do that, and I really appreciated the way they handled the situation. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and they genuinely care about keeping their customers happy. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality products backed by great customer support.

I have been an established regular at Grounded for some time now solely because of the positive experience that I receive every single time I walk through the door. Because the positive experiences have been consistent, I will literally never shop at another dispensary again. The staff are all WONDERFUL and have the best customer service I have ever seen at an establishment. They are all well versed and knowledgeable and do not make you feel judged in any way for asking questions, even if you feel silly asking them. They have a massive variety of items to choose from and all items are truly high quality. Their set up is designed for convenience and they offer a few different options on how you can shop. Delivery option too? YEP. If you were questioning whether a visit is worth it to you or not - I promise you it will be worth your while! Thank you to Grounded and to all of the amazing team members there that wish for me to “stay grounded” after each departure 😉
