For 50% off no one would buy wizard trees garbage. Try some kind of sales gimmick at least . Zombie dispensary Bewildered management. Ownership perplexed . Zero customer service relations skills corporation wide. No real connoisseur would have anything to do with this place. Weak products on the brink of expiring.

I've run into the same issue twice now, on 4/20 and again on 7/2, during their advertised 30% off sales (9 AM–12 PM). Both times, the promo code simply wouldn't apply at checkout. This last visit was the last straw. I caught the overcharge immediately by checking my receipt before I even walked out the door and requested a refund. The manager refused, stating that because I used "Dutchie Pay," they couldn't process it. Instead of a proper fix, he handed me a few random samples of his choosing. To make matters worse, other dispensaries using Dutchie have given me cash refunds without any hassle, so this seems like a store-specific policy failure, not a system limitation. I won't be returning.
