Don’t understand why they NEVER update their website OR their App. A lot of people travel from out of town and would like to know if any deals are going on and what is available. Last time they were updated was beginning of June. Like how hard is it to take a photo of the boards that list the sales and kind of product available every day. And post them.Probably less then 5 minutes of their time.

The dabs were taken out of the freezer. They were harsh probably because of the condensation from being in the freezer instead of the fridge. The grab bag dabs were was less harsh because they weren’t kept in the freezer. Kind of disappointed the more expensive dabs were worse than the cheaper ones. Normally they have pretty good dabs.

Something is up with the concentrates, every few times I go to get some they are these really poorly disguised THCA crystals mixed with terp sauce that burn and taste nasty. I bought a whole ounce of dabs that were like that, they refused to give me my money back and tried to trade me grab dabs for them which not only would have been the same but would have left me with 20 grams instead of my full ounce. They then wasted 20 minutes of my time before I finally gave up and took 4 super mid 45 dollar carts and one of theirs worst eighths of bud I have ever tasted. The ounce of bud I bought with it is some of the most rough bud I've smoked Went from making an hour and a half trip up every week and spending minimum 100 dollars every time to not wanting to waste my time on a gamble of if I am gonna get actual product.

Quality Issues and Lack of Transparency As a long time customer, I’m writing this because I’m incredibly disappointed with a recent purchase. I cracked open one of the $100 half ounces I bought a few weeks ago, and the quality is simply not there. It burns incredibly harsh, and when I dab it, there is visible moisture that looks like water in the oil. This experience is exactly why I’ve found myself strictly going with products that provide actual COAs (Certificates of Analysis) for every product. It’s a shame because people travel here from out of state being told they are visiting a legal dispensary, yet more than half the products on the shelves lack the proper testing documentation to verify what’s actually in them. I tried to resolve this by asking to swap the unusable oil for the Bubblegum half ounce(same price), which I know smokes well—but I was told there are no returns. As someone who works at a dispensary myself, I find this policy frustrating. At Royal Buds Dispensary, we allow returns or exchanges if a product is clearly not up to standard or is defective. I’m not even asking for a refund; I just want to swap this for a product that is the same price and is actually smokable. Now, I’m stuck with a large amount of oil I can’t use, which feels like a total waste of money. I really hope to see better quality control and more transparency with testing in the future.

I drove about 45 mins each way, was told by coworker it was a decent place, So I decided to make the long-ish drive there. to see what all they had, compared to my local shops, I was expecting it to be way cheaper than it was, not to mention I bought an 8th of flower that had seeds in it, which never happens when I buy local from the legal shops, also bought 2 packs of edibles gummies supposed to be 10mg each, neither package did anything after consuming them, wasted way too much money for garbage products, IDK whereor how all these other people can say anything good about that place, It's literally a RIP OFF! I'D HIGHLY ADVISE NOT GOING HERE TO GET YOUR PRODUCTS FROM, UNLESS YOU LIKE JUNK AND WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.... VERY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH WASTING MY TIME MY GAS AND MONEY ON SHIT THAT WAS POINTLESS, I ENDED UP GOING TO MY LOCAL SHOP AS I NORMALLY DO, AND GETTTING ACTUAL GREAT BUD AND EDIBLES FOR LESS IN $$$ AND LESS GAS USED... DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING MONEY. P.S THE BUD WAS FILLED WITH SEEDS, LIKE COME ON... NOT TO MENTION, THE QUALITY WAS M.I.A . SO A WORD TO THE OWNERS, YOU NEED TO DO RIGHT BY PEOPLE, AND NOT RIP THEM OFF. THANKS... PICTURED BELOW IS ONE PACK WITH A FEW LEFT BECAUSE I GAVE UP TRYING TO TAKE THEM, THEY MUST NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY MAKE THEIR OWN EDIBLES, BECAUSE, WHEN I TAKE THE OTHER BRAND I GET LOCAL, THEY ARE 10MG EACH AND I TAKE ONE AND IM SET.. LIKE GOOD GOOD.. AND WILL BE ZONKED AFTER A BIT, SO FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO EAT 3-4 GUMMIES AT ONCE, AND HAVE NO EFFECT FROM IT, SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THEM.
