  Absolutely awful experience coming in here and I will never be trying my hand in coming to this store again, which is sad, considering I used to have a mass fondness for this business. To start it off, the gentleman who I worked with was standing outside smoking a joint the minute I pulled into the parking lot. Not a great look, considering now I know this person is working under the influence. Second off, when I came in the store and gave my information to the employee, I let him know that I had come in for an online order (which I had placed over a half ish hour ago). The guy I was working with then informed me that 1) They didn’t have ANY of the products listed on Weedmaps in their store. And 2.) said to my face “Not trust everything on weed maps” with a dismissive shrug, and didn’t even bother to apologize for the inconvenience of me driving all the way out there for pickup. Which means this dude likely hadn’t even bothered to look at my online order until I had shown up on their doorstep. Oh, and knew that they had things on their store website that didn’t even match up to the stores stock itself. Super rude. And super inconvenient, considering I drove nearly a half hour to that store. Honestly, he could’ve saved us both the trouble had he just bothered to look at the online order and let me know me he didn’t have any of the products to begin with. Now, I have no idea what the name of the person was that had “helped” me today. But, what I do know is he was an absolute JERK with 0 knowledge in ANY of the products he was selling. I had asked about a certain type of edible out of curiosity to see if it was similar to another brand I had used prior, and the response I got was “They have some kind of goofy crap in them.” Word for word. What the heck? I also was met with major attitude over the fact that I had come in three days after the 4/20 holiday, and was told “I’m not sure what you were expecting.” to my face when I wasn’t sure what to purchase. I understand you guys were likely busy on the holiday, but that doesn’t give you the right to give me attitude about your lack in stock when all I did was ask you for a recommendation. Absolutely terrible salesmen ship, terrible attitude, and terrible smell from the employee as well. Bottom line- If you’re ever curious about coming here? I don’t recommend it at all.

  So I pull into the parking lot. I guess there's an SUV, honestly, I don't even know what kind of vehicle it was. I parked one or two parking spaces from this said vehicle. I was driving a 2019 4-door Ford Super Duty F-250, so I had to pull up and back up nearly three times. When I finally got out, I was about mid-parking lot when I saw a sign that said, "You don't have to have a medical card to come in," or something like that. So in my head, that told me I didn't want to be there because I wanted strictly only medical. So I went to leave. Before I shut my door, a guy opens the store's door and starts harassing me, making accusations that I walked over to that said vehicle and did something to it, and then I got back into my truck, and that wasn't the case at all. He continued to harass me, saying I looked suspicious, and continued to try to tell me what I was supposedly doing. Like no offense but my vehicle seriously cost at least 8-10 times more than that vehicle, I really dont even know the make or model of it so that tells you how much I was paying attention to it. Like that really offended me and I think that was 100% unprofessional and just plain out stupid. It was on the evening of March 23rd around 4 or 5pm.

  Very helpful, knowledgeable & personable staff. Carries a good variety of CBD & THC products as well as some accessories. Shop is immaculately clean. It is a comfortable, well lit & colorful environment!
