Service was good during my initial visit, but I was upsold to spend more to earn a Bingo ticket coupon last week. When given the ticket the guy at register told me they pulled the Bingo on Wednesdays and wrote the date on the back. He told me that the ticket and any coupons won would valid the week after the Bingo pull. I go in two days pass the pull and they just shrugged and informed me that the only way to claim the ticket is to come in on Wednesday. If the info had be shared accurately the first time I wouldn't have spent so much to earn a coupon that I can only redeem on a day I work two jobs and as such, can't redeem it.
