Staff has been rude on multiple occasions. The young Hispanic female I dealt with today is exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I bought a pack of joints and it turned out to be a different strain than the one I ordered. I went back and politely asked them to exchange it for the correct strain. They refused to exchange it for the right one, even though they’re the exact same price, so I asked for a refund. They told me I would not be receiving a refund either. I had to explain to her over and over again that I want what I paid for or a refund. Eventually, I got a refund, but not before being yelled at, mocked, and threatened with the police? Lol what a goofy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They do bad business.
