Your site is trash, you cannot filter because your "daily deals"button is directly over the filter menu. Until you redesign your site to have useful filters you have lost my business

I came into the dispensary 2 weeks ago and made a purchase. The manager told me that he would give me a discount since they messed up on my rewards point. They had apparently never logged in my phone number. So, FF to about a week ago: I come in to make a purchase. I ask the young guy (pink shirt and glasses) is the manager in? He said no, he's in a meeting. Then tells me I can't be otp in there. Kool, I say I'll take the call outside. Trying to confirm my card. I then tell this guy what I would like. He come back with my Oz and rolling papers. I smoke the long papers. He kept insisting on the smaller ones. I said no thanks, just add the long ones sir. Then he asked for my number, to which I replied It didn't really matter because the manager wasn't present to correct the discount. He goes to ring the stuff up and tells me how much it is. I say, well do you mind getting the manger. Because at this point you don't know how to do the discount or don't have the proper knowledge. So I say, well could get the manager? The manager had already came out the meeting by that time and started helping a customer that came in. I was unaware. The employee (pink shirt guy) threw his hands up and said well there he goes (rudely). I said why would say there he goes if he's already helping another customer, that's rude sir. He then goes, alright canceled. That's it, I'm not serving you! He looks at the manager. The manager is basically looking like, he'll agree to whatever pink shir says. I said, you're not servicing me for what reason exactly?! I SAiD "I never yelled at you, my voice is still the same as whenever I 1st entered the store. I never called you out your name. I never cursed you. I never disrespected you. The lady then came out the back and said, she has a point there. She saud she'll service me. To which she did, no further issue. I grabbed my things, looked at him and told HER THE UNIVERSE WILL BLESS YOU! Then left out. It was a rude experience. I will never step foot into this place again. If you can, go shop at La Cannaisseur Dispensary. The people are ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING. They have better prices as well. Thank you all for taking the time to read my experience.

Make sure they don't try and add a "tax" to their already post taxes priced bags. A $20 eighth does not equal to "ughm, it's actually, ughm, $25 with tax!!!!" Don't lie to me. I won't be back. Even at the 20% tax that only equals $24!!!!!! Keep the tip ill take my business elsewhere
