I usually don’t go to Portland for weed, but when I do, I choose Rose Budz. Seriously though, this place is hands down the best dispensary in Portland. I found them about two years ago when I was in the area for medical treatment. I live in Washington county, so making the drive is totally worth it for me. Here is why this place is so great. Yesterday, I was looking for a certain brand of pre-roll packs. I called Rose Budz and asked for help to see if they had the brand in stock. A very nice and respectful employee named Rachel took my call. She was helpful in telling what she had before I made the long drive. When I got to the store, again Rachael was so awesome in answering all my questions. I was also looking for some blunts, and she was great at informing me about their multi-ounce medical deals. She even reached out to me later in the day after talking to her boss about multi-ounce availability/ options/pricing. Good customer service, especially in the dispensary market, is tough to find these days. I have been burned by employees at stores like Chalice, La Mota, and Green Planet. I have bought flower at all those places, and they have all sold me indica when I asked for sativa, or vice versa. A dispensary employee, in my opinion, should know what they are selling because I can’t return flower/prerolls. Thanks to the owner and all the employees at Rose Budz. I wish I lived closer.
