Today I went into cookies and this isn’t my first time shopping with cookies but first time at this location. I kinda fell in love with the lay out of things and it kinda gave me like an out of this world experience before I even got to the counter. But anyways let’s talk about the person who helped me. Ty was who I checked out with he was kind, energetic and made me feel welcome from helping me find the product I was looking for (even though I know I can be a pill sometimes) he was able to help me locate what herb I was looking for! He has a 10 out of 10 in my book and I will definitely be back!

My first experience at this location was really good. They got me signed up for a rewards account and told me my discount would apply next time I came in. Left with some really good stuff and really appreciated the customer service I received. Came in yesterday and was made to feel weird for only wanting to spend a specific small amount on my herb. She was not very helpful. She basically just dumped the cheap herb into the container and didnt make any efforts to remove stems from my container. Anyway, it came time to ring us up and neither of our accounts came up in the system. She didn't offer to start us a new one, either of us. And then told us that if we were to spend more next time, THEN she could give us a discount. Which the rewards system doesn't work that way. You build up points / dollars as you go and they offer for you to use them. This was a highly unpleasant experience. I did not appreciate being made to feel a certain way because I wasn't spending a large amount of money here. All together just not a very great experience.

No matter what time of the week, day I come in. The staff are always exceptionally friendly, super helpful. They have great prices and wonderful flavor selection.

Always out of stock (when everyone else has no ptoblem), store manager is either a poor planner or cynically thinks that their captive audience will buy anything.

Update: Love the old skool peeps, but after the ratings push in exchange for a free joint, their pricing model and point system radically changed. All top shelf, no mids, and little bottom shelf. Im a chronic toker and like mid grade to puff all day. Top shelf isn't my jam. Hate to shift my opinion, but the business model has fundamentally shifted since late last year. I hope you revert back to a middle ground and stop pricing mid grade at top shelf prices. New staff also has been unfriendly at times and forgot to apply my discounts. Big change since my first review last year. The escalation of productive business out of their base customer's price range is weird for such a "progressive" place such as PDX.✊🏾 Nice folks 👍🏾Personable and knowledgeable staff. Clean building in a good location with parking. Lots of different price points to shop at. I recommend if you like a friendly atmosphere with good prices! <3

Very helpful staff with excellent recommendations. They were so excited to talk to us. Clearly their passion and not just a job. Highly recommend. Wish dispensaries in my home state were like this.
