    Paul is a gem. Shop is a diamond in a city full of dispensaries. Easily the best value in Portland for flower, concentrates and carts. After 9 months, Major League Bud is still the best dispensary in Portland. It was just Paul and Quinn at 1st who are the best. But over the past year they have added multiple budtenders who are super knowledgeable and super friendly too. Best prices. Best product. Best people
