I love the vibe of this place and the product is fire 🔥🔥🔥 Good variety of product and pricing. The employees and RJ are all friendly and know about the product, and have never let me down on a recommendation. Definitely worthy of a visit.

My experiences at Nebula Dispensary have been disappointing. On multiple visits, I felt that RJ, the manager, was rude and unprofessional toward both me and my husband. I observed eye-rolling, dismissive behavior, and conversations about employees that I felt were inappropriate to have in front of customers. During one visit, I heard RJ repeatedly talking about firing an employee named Shay. Hearing management discuss disciplinary matters about staff in front of customers made me uncomfortable and did not seem professional. The overall atmosphere made us feel unwelcome. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and managers should lead by example. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the customer experience. Unfortunately, because of these repeated interactions, I am hesitant to return and cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

I am very disappointed with the customer service at Nebula Dispensary. The manager, RJ, has been consistently rude and disrespectful toward both me and my lady whenever we have visited. Instead of treating customers with professionalism and courtesy, her attitude has made us feel unwelcome on multiple occasions. We have tried to overlook it, but after experiencing the same behavior repeatedly, I feel it needs to be addressed. Customers deserve to be treated with respect regardless of who they are. I hope ownership or upper management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the customer experience. Unfortunately, based on our experiences with RJ, I cannot recommend this location.
