Best value THC recreational cartridge prices I've found (quite a few for $8-10), and very accessible from I-205 nearby. I don't live especially nearby, but their location works well enough for me. Doesn't necessarily have "tons" of parking, but it'll fit a number of usually quick-to-complete customers. And I've never had trouble parking at it.
