  I still like this shop but a few things have changed. Its upsets me that Matt was let go, my pup misses him also, he was such a great friendly enthusiastic energy in the shop. Koe was still amazing and welcoming but haven't had great experiences with other staff, the white guy with long black hair and black hat (think they said his name is Rogan? and is the general manager?) is incredibly rude and have heard him yelling some incredibly inappropriate words a few times and slamming things. I try to avoid the days he is there. Its kinda wild that a great employee was fired while the manager is the rudest person ive ever met, like im bothering him by shopping. Not just once, virtually anytime I have interacted with him. its unfortunate because this shop is so cute and some of the staff are/were amazing. My pup and I would love to see Matt back but I know one review probably won't change that but I hope they reconsider. Heard from neighbors at the woodlawn dog park they also had great experiences with Matt and Koe bringing their pups out of the shell. Its rare to see people who really like where they work and hate to see that energy dissappear from a local small business. Its hard to recommend now with the current manager and one of the best employees gone. if he comes back, i would love to shop here again. Had become my favorite spot but not anymore. Shop is cute though. Matt had been so friendly and helpful with recommendations and explaining all the different strains and had given me great info on some local food spots and places to go hike with with my dog. The selection they have is amazing, the fridge is always stocked with cold drinks and dabs, flower is so fresh. The edible selection is amazing. Koe is so knowledgeable about every edible and always pulled a great selection for me. Super dog friendly. Got lots of cute stuff for pups too including doggy ice cream, an adorable VIP pet wall at check in, but not enough to bring me back sadly unless the current staff issues are fixed.

  Great shop. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to Matt. When i was deep in some serious spinal issues he made me a priority in getting the things i needed. When I could walk again, I have to credit him with helping turn around my rescue and very reactive (and large) dog around. He went from being a little scary to wanting to stop in the shop every day for Matt's attention. Everyone there is awesome, but Matt is a super hero there.

  I went in there and the man behind the counter wouldn’t even talk to me. I would ask questions and the man literally wouldn’t even answer any questions that I had. There was garbage in the displays and there was no good weed just by looking because I wasn’t getting any help form the staff. Horrible experience if I could give them no stars I would.

  I have been a customer of Potland for about a year, and one thing I can honestly say is that they have some of the best green in town. Their quality is consistently strong, their pricing is affordable, and they make good products accessible for different budgets. What stands out even more is their customer service. After a concern came up, the manager personally reached out, apologized, and made the effort to correct it. That kind of accountability and professionalism is rare, and it meant a lot to me. On top of having great product and fair prices, and Deliver.But most of all they showed that they care about treating people like human beings, which you do not see often enough today. Because of that, I will definitely continue supporting this business, and I would absolutely recommend others support them too.

  Always have the best quality meds at the best quality prices. As a medical patient it’s sometime not possible for me to leave the house, without Potland I would be without on bad pain days. Quick and easy and always friendly! Much love!

  I didn’t end up buying anything. To be fair, I was unsure of what I was looking for. Still, I was in from out of town and really interested in making a purchase. Instead of helping me understand their selection, the tender spoke down to me like I was some kind of idiot. I got tired of him not listening to what I was saying and the edge in his tone like how dare I have questions. Based on this experience this seems like the kind of place that employs man-splainer egos who will speak down to you if you’re not a regular who knows exactly what they have. After several attempts to discuss and understand, with the tender getting more and more condescending, I just left empty handed.

  I’ve visited a few dispensaries in the Portland and surrounding areas and this place by far the best. By FAR. The environment is welcoming, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and they help to get you the best deal for your money. There’s a huge variety, too! Highly recommend.

  Had been meaning to stop by for a while. The customer service was fantastic. I don’t remember their name, but the guy who helped me answered a lot of questions and provided a lot of helpful information. There is a great selection & a lot dopamine-type gifts.
