Used to send customers to their shop but after my experience tonight that relationship is over. All the old friendly staff was fired or quit and ever since service has been extremely shoddy. Stood at the window for five minutes and when I presented my ID The blue haired kid didn't hold the button long enough for me to get the door open and when I tried to get his attention about it I was blatantly ignored. They were about the customer service now their about the profit. For shame you guys... Update: still some of the shoddiest customer service I've ever received and the disinterested demeanor of employees is off putting to say the least. Also the rec cap for concentrates is 5g when I asked for the five g's I was asked if"that's all" as if they were willing to break the law to make higher dollar sales. All the budget shelf is shake and stems for $40 when it used to be $28 for shake oz. Profit over product I guess. Update #2: once again the most hostile employees in town managed by enablers and profiteering. Go anywhere else.

I gave this dispensary a second chance after a previously poor experience, hoping things had improved. Instead, I witnessed some of the worst, most unnecessarily hostile customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They have officially lost a loyal customer, and I will actively be advising everyone I know to shop elsewhere. What Happened: Unprofessional & Unprovoked Attitude: While I was still actively browsing, an employee aggressively demanded my ID a second time. When I politely mentioned I was still shopping, she snapped at me with an attitude, claiming she needed it immediately to "speed things up." Defensive Escalation: Rather than de-escalating or providing basic customer service, the employee became argumentative. Dishonest Framing to Management: When management stepped in to ask what happened, the employee immediately cut in and misrepresented the situation, lying about why I was upset to cover for her own hostility. The Bottom Line: Compliance and checking IDs is standard practice—nobody has an issue with that. What is unacceptable is treated paying customers with unprovoked condescension, interrupting management, and lying about interactions to save face. There are far too many dispensaries in town with incredible staff and great customer service to waste time or money here. I gave them a second chance, but this was the final straw. Done with this business for good.
