Went in at 9:25. Half an hour before closing. Shrike said "we're in this mode where we're trying to go home." At this point they had just started putting flower jars away. The bottom two rows were the only thing removed. My partner said "oh, I was going to get some flower but I don't want to be rushed" Shrike replied "well at this point you kind of have to rush." Excuse me? I didn't realize that half an hour was such a small amount of time. I don't think I've ever taken half an hour in there. 15 minutes, maybe. Point being, they had plenty of time to help us before closing and still close early if that's what they wanted. I've been shopping at chalice powell location a few times a month for a few years now. Every other employee interaction has been amazing. They have a shitty attitude though.

Amazing shop with knowledgeable staff. Ive never left disappointed. Id put 6 starts if I could. Alyssa & Shrike are the OGs. They've ALWAYS communicated correct THC levels and price. Because of them, I dont go anywhere else. Shout out to Brandy & Johnny! You four are my favorite budtenders!

They stole $5 from my wallet…by not honoring the deals they promised. I feel accused, weak and poor. Airport way is better.
