I bought a cartridge and 4 joints. I specifically asked for Sativa and higher THC, and the lady gave me a Sativa cartridge and 2 Indica and 2 Hybrid joints. Once I got to my car and checked, I went back and asked her to exchange them for Sativa, as I had mentioned it during our conversation and assumed she did it by mistake. However, she shut me down, saying, "We don't exchange," even though she gave me the product I didn't asked for.

Problem number one. I come in and ask do you have the kick sticks and you say no we have the mule ones. Those are the kick sticks man. Problem number two. I said like 10 times what edibles I wanted and you were doing everything you could to ignore me. I got the wrong edibles. Good job. Maybe you should get a job that doesn’t involve customer service because clearly you hate it. The last weed you sold me was terrible and made me sick. I’m done with you. No standards
