This dispensary location in particular is just awesome. I’ve yet to come across a bud tender there that isn’t just awesome and quite knowledgeable. The quality here is the best in the valley in my opinion and they actually offer “deals” that others just don’t. They a have happy hour special that makes it feel like they give back where others don’t.

What's the point of ordering online if your order isn't protected until you can pick it up? I placed an order at 12:14 AM for 4 grams of concentrates — all 4 that were available. The item disappeared from the menu immediately after I ordered, confirming I had them all. When I arrived after they had opened, only 2 were in my bag. The explanation? Someone else had already purchased the other 2. That doesn't add up. If the item was off the menu after my order, how would anyone else have even known it was available? And if someone spotted the sale price and wanted them, why only grab 2 out of 4? What makes even less sense: the 2 I did receive were already neatly wrapped in a paper bag waiting for me — but I was told they serve in-person customers first. So were items literally removed from my order bag to sell to walk-ins? Or were 2 set aside before my order was even fulfilled? The bud tender was oddly defensive when I asked about it, which didn't help. I'm not making accusations, but something doesn't add up here. Online ordering should mean your purchase is secured... otherwise, what's the point?
