I cannot recommend Genesis Farms enough—they are truly the gold standard for dispensaries in Rapid City. From the moment you walk through their doors, you are met with a level of hospitality, kindness, and warmth that is rare to find. What makes this place so special is the incredible crew. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know the entire team, and I look forward to seeing their smiling faces every time I stop by. They genuinely care about their customers; they are always interested in hearing about my latest adventures and life updates, which creates a real sense of community that goes far beyond just a retail transaction. They treat me like family, not just a customer, and that level of care makes every visit a highlight of my day. Beyond the amazing team, Genesis Farms consistently offers the best deals in town. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to guide me toward the best products and deals that suit my needs. It is clear they want to ensure every person who walks in gets the best value possible. In a town where options are plenty, Genesis Farms stands out because they lead with integrity and a true spirit of service. It is refreshing to shop at a place that perfectly balances a professional, high-end atmosphere with a down-to-earth, 'neighbor-to-neighbor' approach. If you are looking for top-tier products, unbeatable pricing, and a team that will treat you with genuine respect and friendship, look no further. To the entire crew at Genesis Farms: thank you for the consistency, the kindness, and the great conversations. You have a loyal customer in me, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

New medical patient and first experience in a SD dispensary. Fantastic experience, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with assisting in selection! The cannabis is professionally cultivated, packaged and extremely effective in remediating and mitigating the symptoms relating to my medical cannabis use! The first-time order discount was $63.24 off my total order amount of $109.95, plus tax ($2.90). My visit was to the Genesis Farms Cannabis location at 230 E. North St., on 14JUN2026, my patient ID last four QHZ6. Thanks Genesis Farms and staff!

Went in for my first time, med card hadn't even been opened! Great staff, great selection, knowledgeable and took the time to answer/explain my questions about products. Plus, 50% off your first visit! Definitely my go to dispensary!

This place has seriously gone down hill. When they're too focused on buying up every dispensary in town, they forget about quality and how to treat their customers. I've been one since day 1 pretty much, and now I hate going in. 3 bad cartridges in a row, in the same day, and I didn't even get an apology. I can't stand giving this place any more business, but now we don't have any other options. 🙄 Incredibly disappointing

This place does not deserve one star as they have no integrity nor do they have any experience with customer service. They will try to sell you every thing you didn’t ask for. Bad management is a big reflection. Nor is this medical grade. Nobody wants to pay for stems.

I don’t care for this place anymore since the employees wanna judge people and say people have bad attitudes. How about the budtender just grabbing whatever ounce for $50 when it was supposed to be sweet D. One budtender said he would get more but the girl helping me just made her own decision cause I guess she runs the place and can do what she wants and lie about a customer off duty employee! My wife wasn’t clocked in and now this company wants to write her up for asking for her freebie that she achieved and was told to get it on the weekend days and it was a Sunday and it wasn’t busy!! We won’t be back to this place ever again!! FYI I was standing next to my wife and she didn’t have a bad attitude and she didn’t know that she wasn’t allowed to ask for what she achieved from the same employer as yours!! I honestly think this place has just gotten worse and worse over time. That was my last time ever stepping into this store ever again. Probably just find a different dispensary or grow my own since this place has gotten this bad! A whole lot of greed is really starting to show and bad attitudes!! Since people like to lie!! This place doesn’t even pay the employees enough to be treated they way you decided to treat my wife!! You didn’t even ask her side of the story. All the employees should quit and make this business go under!! Completely stupid!! Are you going to write me up for having a bad attitude now towards your business? Go write yourself up while on your day off!! No one put out that she wasn’t allowed to ask for what was promised to her but now you won’t have to worry about her working for this horrible business!! I’m going to report you to the Better Businrss Bureau. Pay your employees Pennie’s so you can get rich while you pay people under the actual cost of living.
