Smoking lounge is a joke! Do not recommend!! No directions no explanations they just let you wander. They tell you to sit yourself and no one attended us until we spoke up to a budtender. Daniel T, worst budtender I ever engaged with. His first response was “what do you want”. Rude and careless staff, they’re high themselves. Recommend planet13, best lounge and friendly staff, really cool spot! And knowledgeable budtenders! Shout out to Josh AT PLANET 13!!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience at NuWu – Thanks, Ethan and Thom! I had an amazing experience at NuWu, and a big part of that was Ethan! From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made great recommendations, and made sure I had a fantastic experience. The dispensary itself is clean, well-organized, and has an impressive selection of quality products. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the entire team is professional and attentive, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Ethan’s outstanding customer service really stood out. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who is genuinely passionate about helping customers and making sure they leave happy. I highly recommend NuWu to anyone looking for a great dispensary with top-quality products and exceptional service. If you have the chance to work with Ethan, you’re in great hands! I’ll definitely be back. Five stars!

Wasted potential don't go here. Go to the smoke louge at planet 13. At least their staff is attentive and cares. We had a reservation for a table that we had made months in advance. We showed up last Sunday night for our table amd pre-ordered packaged. We had the $230 package added on extra joints upgraded to the studdenglass. That was fine what started to fall apart first we asked for water with our drinks. Only have liquid death and it is $5 a can, fine get a can of water and a can of dr.pepper $8 paid for waitress walks way never brings it to us. 30 minutes later we ask some one else if we could get the can of water and dr.pepper we paid for they bring it over. That person checked in on us 1 other time about 15 minutes later. Waitress has completely disappeared at this point. After about an hour and half the waitress finally comes back and say that she has packaged up our to go portions which is supposed to included a custom bong to take come. Got it home and found that the waitress didn't put the bowl in the package so I didn't even get all of the bong that I paid for. Place has the ability to be great but has staff that doesn't care. Also getting there after sunset ypu end up going through a real sketch area. Like I said to start go to plaent 13 had a great time there. Staff was super attentive area was safe oh yeah and they will hook you up with free ice water and ice for your bong.
