Just left...and to stand there in line for 20 mins...waiting on my uber....then do the promotion to sign up for them to make me wait another 15 mins telling me it didn't work, when clearly it showed from my text that it sent my code and the manger with long black nasty looking hair and long piercing looking weird, after dang waited and the waited again....for his sassy tell self to still not even help....really ....rip off and do not shop or waste time....and better places out here !!

Kind of bummed. I love coming here but this time around I got a pen that wouldn’t charge and also leaked wax out. I tried taking it to the dispensary to get it swapped out, but they said I use a significant amount of it so I couldn’t get a new one. Bummer, usually I just buy flower from here, I highly recommend this place but I’d avoid buying disposable pens lol. If they weak in a significant amount comes out, there’s nothing they could do to help you * and no, I was not trying to come up on a free pen at the moment they told me I couldn’t swap it. or, perhaps if your pen Leaks wax, you could at least take a picture of it. That’s what I should’ve done But I had nothing to prove that it happened besides the pen that doesn’t work I threw my pen in the garbage it literally didn’t work lol*

Good afternoon to whom it may concern I have been coming to Oasis since it’s opening. I am sad to see where we are headed what I mean is no tablets to look at the menu and the weed is not changing meaning the variety is not what we are accustomed to at Oasis. Can we please fix these issues so we can get back to being the dispensary for the people by the people and just a money grab spot like planet 13 ..

Please bring back the iPad option for shopping in store. I do not like using the “shopping cart” version, I have to click through every single thing you guys have to see the testing vs taking 1 minute to glance over the testing and see which I want based on the terps. (City trees 510 thread carts) I AM AN IPAD KID WITH THIS, PLEASE BRING IT BACK AS AN OPTION LOOOORD HAVE MERCY! It’ll take me so much longer now :( please also bring back the signs with the deals - not everyone wants everything digital. the check out had glitches when I was there. I was there so much longer than usual. Please go back - sincerely, a long term customer.

False advertisement, not honest, advertise something to be $25 and buy one get one free when you go to the store and buy it and cash out and leave the store and realize that you did not get that deal. He called them. They smirk on you about the phone and make comments then tell you that was the way they could make the deal is the market half off and that they’re $25 apiece. It doesn’t make any sense. It’s just not honest and then when you get back on the website, they have to change it but they didn’t honor about what they did and it’s been that way since 2 AM in the morning I doubled. I triple checked it’s false as her retirement it’s dishonest I will never go back. I have always honestly trusted them and I will never go back to oasis you’ve lost my business. The manager is a joke.the last picture is them changing the price after I called and will not honor the price that was in the first place
