Update: I almost forgot to leave an update. Don’t be fooled by the response below from the business, I tried calling and they just said the same thing that was told to me on the day I was there. It seems to me that they never truly intended to make up for what happened and the response below is just for show. They basically failed to honor a promotional deal. They gave me 1 price when I checked online, I went in and used their kiosk to place order and the price was the same. When I got to the cash register, they decided that the price wasn’t right to them and refused to complete the transaction at that price. They kept calling it an error and ended up charging me more money for way less flower. They tried to make up for it by giving me a sample of a strain that I don’t like. They had me travel to them instead of somewhere else just for them to basically change the price at the register. It’s bad business practice to refuse to honor the price like that and that’s not new knowledge. Is anyone else tired of businesses talking justification in situations where they should be talking restitution?
