I tried to buy a concentrate extract and was told it does not apply to the "All concentrate extracts" special. No exclusions were mentioned anywhere on the website. Staff was unable to help. Blatantly false advertising and extremely disappointing that the company refuses to take responsibility for their literal own words.

Today 07/01/26 @ 1:40 I literally just left. I’m not from here originally so I would’ve hoped this visit would’ve been welcoming but it wasn’t. The ONLY black man on this shift made my visit uncomfortable. I always go to dispensaries where I ask for the highest THC in flower and I’m always given their personal preferences or what they would recommend basically engaging with me and making my visit informative and comfortable. First I asked for a menu, he told me to look it up on my phone with no point of direction. Then when I asked for the highest THC in hybrid he told me to read like I don’t know how to read. I declined anymore help from him and was helped by another guy which made my visit a little better. He went right into the computer gave me suggestions which the original guy supposed to have done but he is lazy. When you go to a pharmacy they don’t tell you to read they tell you want you need to know. He shouldn’t work there if he knows nothing about anything there. I’m not saying know everything but atleast HELP . You telling me to read rather then look in the computer in front of you. He needs to be fired he is very rude he makes me want to avoid this place. Poor customer service. It’s more to the job than selling you have to know things too and you attitude should be positive at all times.

Trulieve Roosevelt is a solid dispensary, especially if you’re looking for a good deal on in-house live resin. The quality is consistently decent for the price, and I’ve had some good pick-ups here. (Modern Flower concentrates) The staff is kind and helpful, but service can be a little slow at times. You can tell there’s a lot of turnover because there always seems to be someone new training or working the floor. Compared to other dispensaries like JARS, where they usually have more dispensary agents helping customers at once, this location can feel a little understaffed with only 2–3 people working. The location is convenient for downtown Phoenix and Roosevelt, but traffic around there can get crazy. Depending on which direction you’re coming from, you may have to pull a U-turn just to access the parking lot. It’s also right by the First Friday area, so I personally avoid going on First Fridays because parking and traffic can be a lot. Overall, the deals and live resin quality make it worth stopping by, but I’d recommend ordering ahead or going when you’re not in a rush.

Trulieve - Roosevelt shines as an oasis in the desert. Artful, informative displays facilitate the shopping experience. The always respectful staff focus on satisfaction. Daily deals, 50% off, and BOGOS, combined with Trulieve Rewards, mean shopping for more goods at a lower price.

On their website it says veterans discount stackable up to 50% off. It is still on website but they will not honor the offer anymore. NEVER SHOP HERE

Too small. Everything is in fancy packages but nowhere does it indicate the weed amounts or the THC amounts in any way. They also had a super long line before you could even go in
