  I’ve ordered from this place before but after experiencing a bunch of waiting time periods. Especially when I requested the 1hour delivery option service. never received my ordered. One of them keep saying 25 mins 15 mins changing it up every time

  I tried calling after placing an order and I don’t even think the number is in service. I don’t think this company is in business anymore in which they should take everything down so people won’t keep placing orders.

  They DO NOT pick up the phone or provide and estimate of arrival. You place your order and then you’re left in the dark. It’s literally a coin toss if they show up or not with your order. You’re better off going to a dispensary.

  Would give 0 stars if I could. This dude is unprofessional, I found him on apple Maps business stated it was open 24hrs so I ordered online at 11pm. Never received any updates on ETA etc.. just an email saying my order was being processed. I called several times to which there was no response. It’s pointless to call the number provided. Night ended nothing. Called the following day and the delivery guy who answered the phone was very disrespectful and took no accountability despite me telling him ‘on maps it says you are 24hrs’ he insisted that I should know he doesn't work 24hrs. Mind you the hrs says 24hrs and im a tourist just looking for service how am I supposed to know that. Long story short if you are a tourist heads up this dude is ignorant and I highly advise taking your business somewhere else.

  Service is hit or miss. Lately it’s been a miss. They come hours later than expected. No working phone (all the numbers on the site is disconnected) or communion to track order. It’s current 9:03pm I placed an order at 5:30pm. I haven’t received an update other than my order was received email. Idk if I’m getting my order by the time they close at 10pm. So annoyed as I could have went somewhere else. Now it’s too late

  Update: Decided to give them another chance, and they’re back to their antics. Placed a priority order, waited an hour with no word from them, and as per usual, no one was picking up the phones. Then, when I did get in contact with someone, they said it would be another hour or more before I got my delivery. What’s the point? Some people have things to do and can’t just wait around for y’all….isn't that the whole point of priority? But what really pissed me off is that if I didn’t reach out, no one would reach out to me. Apparently, they are having trouble with their website; Chile, it’s a mess. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Just ruined my whole day right here. _________________________________________________ Been using the service for almost 2 years and now their delivery is just terrible. The website says delivery in 10-60 minutes but these days that almost never happens. It’s actually at least an hour before your driver even starts heading to you (if you’re lucky). This is false advertisement. And don’t lie to me and say it’s just on weekends. For the past month it’s been this way. When I call to check in on an order either: 1. No one picks up OR 2. They lie and say it’s on the way. If you cannot provide the service, just say that. The one thing I hate is waiting around for something that isn’t coming or doesn’t have a specific delivery window. That’s so unprofessional. I started using this service because the average weed man would be flaky and take their sweet time. So this felt more reliable, and I didn’t mind paying the extra for convenience. But now, as I think about it, having to pay $10-15 extra for the bud and another $10 for delivery 3 hours later doesn’t seem convenient AT ALL. Do not recommend, just stick to your average dealer.
