  Worst customer service I've experienced at a dispensary. There is a man who works behind the counter who has no idea what he has in stock. I asked him if they had my favorite brand of gummies and he said they were sold out. As I was looking through the store I found the brand was still available. I said, "Dude, you said you were sold out and I'm seeing you have the brand." He said "chill out big dog." (That's no way to respond to a customer). I said: "You work here, you should know your inventory." Before this exchange, when I initially asked him to help me with finding something, he seemed disinterested and was more concerned about talking to his friend. This guy does not belong in customer service. Would never step foot in here again. This guy should be fired.

  Having been to a number of dispensaries in several states, I just am not a huge fan. Obviously there's probably something here for you if you look. But I find the prices exorbitant. I know it's NY but I have easily found quality ounces in NY for between $50-100 and I buy my regular weed now by the oz for between $30-60. (Not in NY) Seeing single grams of FLOWER go for 50 dollars is astonishing, even if they were infused. Because again, infused flower and pre-rolls can be easily gotten for between 10-20 bucks for up to multiple grams. But I'm also just not generally impressed with the selection. Their flower selection, for as much as they're charging is extremely lacking. The store feels very cold as others have said, which I know some shops like to go for that cold, medicinal vibe. But I find most smokers prefer to feel comfortable, like they're at home with friends. Our current spot has the most friendly budtenders, awesome specials, wide variety of products and strains between types of products along with rewards for returning customers/frequent spenders, it encourages people to come in and come back in. We've recommended it to close to a dozen people. I think the owners need to rethink the way they're going about things.

  Bought a $13 Dankees preroll. It was very low quality, and furthermore almost impossible to smoke as the joint was super tightly packed.

  A LITTLE pricey, but nothing I didn't expect to pay for this economy. The tenders are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Wish there was a little more variety, especially with concentrates.

  A friend and I were visiting from out of town and stopped in for a pre-roll. The store was really nice and had a large selection of products (i.e., flower, edibles, drinks). I was really impressed by the friendly staff who helped us make our selection. We were even gifted a couple of store hoodies! Thanks very much; we'll be back if we're ever in the area! :)

  I am not from the area but here's my thaught. Went there looking for nothing in particular but pre rolled. A guy from wyldcan and the security were waayyy more welcoming than the employee. Employee does not even try to help me by recommanding some good stuff. Their product is okay but nothing special and 50$ for 3.5 come on... This store is stealing your money. Go there if you don't have anywhere else.
