That was the most horrific experience at the dispo and I am never going to trulieve again after tonight. I’m pretty patient and understanding when it comes to being understaffed or busier at the end of the night but the service alongside was absolutely terrible, then saying my order was ready but their atms don’t work so I’d have to wait in the 12 person line inside with one tender. The atms DID work by the way, the guy before me in line tried and immediately said “it works fine?” The woman working was so dismissive of me, and then to end it all the tender saying she was going to “round up” my charge on the debit machine, which I get but then kept the receipt and the change while telling me to go, all while not looking me in the eyes once. I used to stick up for them but I have nothing left to defend.

I used to love this location and it’s so close to me. Now, there is ever only one person working and lines are 20-30 minutes long. If you’re in a hurry or before/after work; not the place to go.

Absolutely worst dispensary in the valley for medical patients. I placed a order for 10 gram of grow science hash burger before opening and never got a confirmation.i placed 3 more and did get confirmation but no fill order. I called as i am 42 miles one way there and was told they don't have my order, I inquired as inventory is still showing 10. I was told that inventory is off and I asked to speak with the manager to have them check and was rudely told that she was the shift leader from another store and they have been having inventory problems. I go to glendale and the manager called and got ahold of the manager at Tatum and surprise they had it but now only 3 grams and this strain is the best working strain for my disability and medical conditions. No thank you, you really had no intention of selling to medical patients as you make more off recreational. This is disgusting and discrimination against people with disabilities, I will be reporting you to AZDHS I hope they close you down. Patients avoid this store like the plauge, I know I will.
