  Great presentations and great store. The bud tenders are what makes it amazingly easy and fun. I would recommend you get your medical card to save a little extra $ for your purchase.

  Still waiting for that supposed phone call that I was going to get back. This is quite possibly the worst dispensary ever just want to make sure this sits at the top until I get that phone call. When I was in here 3 weeks ago I was given an email address to which I emailed the manager that's above Lindsay I was promised that somebody would reach back out to me and explain to me why it is that they have changed things. This is never happened. Won't be coming back again as they eliminated the ability to med guests to split their oz deli in half. Nobody especially medical patients want just one strain of weed. Oftentimes we need to switch back and forth. No point to drive an hour. Also their poor "manager" Lindsay is just a placeholder they do not allow her to do any customer service at all. So all she can do is stand there and apologize. I highly recommend other dispensaries especially jars right up the road.

  I usually give praise and send everyone to the flower shop but when I went today and was told I couldn’t use my points worth 20$ off to purchase my order (which would have brought it to 8+ tax) I got totally bummed out because every other dispensary I go to allows you to use your points to get the money off no matter the cost. I ended up not even purchasing from there today. Long story short don’t even waste time on the points unless you want to save 5$ because if you save them you still have to spend a certain amount to use them. Basically nothing really off.

  I'm from Guatemala. I wanted to go in today, which is my birthday. I've always bought there because they have good quality weed and I'm a regular customer, but this time the guard at the entrance wouldn't let me in because he couldn't scan my passport. He said it's because it's not a Guatemalan passport and that I'm not from Guatemala. I think he should stop being racist. My passport has my birthdate on it: July 16, 1993. I showed it to him, and he still wouldn't let me in.

  I could not believe the top shelf quality/ budget friendly price of their deli style flower. They're in-house brand of deli style flower was amazing and I think I only paid $3/gram. All 4 strains I purchased were above 25% thc, super sticky, aromatic and incredibly enjoyable to smoke.

  We were in Phoenix for a family thing and figured we'd stopped into The Flower Shop while we were there. It wasn't until we got home that we discovered 1/3 of our order was wrong and it's a long drive to get back there. The raspberry and strawberry packaging look very similar if you're not paying attention. I get that people sometimes make mistakes but it's their job NOT to. Very disappointed! UPDATE: The Flower Shop in Phoenix replied to this review FOUR MONTHS after I wrote it, apologizing for "the mix-up," saying that they appreciated my feedback and asking me to please contact them directly so they could resolve this issue. I called the store directly and got an answering machine. I left my name and number for them to call me. That was almost a month ago. Since then... crickets. Deeds, not words.

  Their high variety carts frequently leak and will destroy your battery. Then , not sure his name, the burn out 40 year old dispensary manager that works night shifts will ban you for giving feedback and seeking customer service.
