I was really excited to visit for the first time after hearing about your recent drop and deals. A coworker recommended a specific product to me and my boyfriend's coworker, who's a regular customer, also suggested we check the dispensary out. We were genuinely looking forward to it. The woman who checked us in was incredibly kind and welcoming, but unfortunately our experience with Larry our budtender was the complete opposite. I asked a few questions about products that my dispensary doesn't carry and about a product that had literally just dropped that week. Instead of helping, he acted like every question was an inconvenience. He sighed, avoided eye contact, mumbled under his breath, gave vague half-answers, and repeatedly walked away from us to stand somewhere else while we were still trying to shop. As someone who works as a budtender myself, I know customer service is a huge part of the job. You don't have to know every answer, but making customers feel like they're annoying you for asking questions is disappointing. We came in excited to support a dispensary we'd heard great things about and left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. The products may be great, but customer service can make or break someone's first impression. I hope this experience isn't representative of the standard you strive for, because I'd love to give the shop another chance.
