I went to trulieve for my birthday and ordered ahead for pick up, they had mentioned an issue with my ID cause it has the smallest little edge corner missing but everything on information is clealy valid and readable , so I had my AZ mvd ready just in case, I get there and show both my ID same picture same expiration same everything and was denied service. So I drove out 20 mins to THE MINT DISPENSARY and they took really good care of me , I got free prerolls and eight for my birthday! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 thanks for sending me away! When people dont value their customers others will! Shout out to the mint for making up my birthday night 😁😁😁🙏

Tough location to earn 4 stars but the staff was incredible. Including security staff. The budtender was knowledgeable and I just told him I was looking for some joints for a BBQ(gotta be loud). We enjoyed it. Will be back.

Horrible and unprofessional . My partner went in but was denied due to his ID being cracked. That’s understandable. Then I went in because we both vape. We wanted to grab dinner and smoke on his day off today at home. But immediately They started attacking us. One lady started telling me that my partner needs to leave the building now. I was surprised and looked back at him and he was taking money out of the machine so that I could pay for it. My boyfriend pays for a lot of things for us. So he always gives me the money. My boyfriend was shocked because they never told him to leave the building. They only said that he wasn’t allowed to use his ID. Only when he was at the atm machine did They say that he wasn’t allowed to wait in the seating area if his ID was cracked. Then as they were explaining to him he had to leave, the card gets stuck. We agree that he needs to leave the building but his card is stuck. we were trying to get it out and leave. The associate. An overweight female Latina, got behind him and was telling him to leave. My boyfriend has a speech impediment and he was trying to explain that the card was stuck and he was going to leave. But the associate wasn’t listening and kept telling us to leave. I finally gave her attitude because my boyfriend was panicking due to the speech impediment. And she was trying to make us leave without our debit card. She gave me attitude for standing up for my boyfriend as I tried helping him because he was panicking. She stared me down when I had to raise my attitude to get them to stop talking all at once so he could get the card out and we could leave. It was no big deal. I thought she was going to do something with the way she was staring me down. Instead it’s like something made her think and ended up telling us to leave. They also told my boyfriend right there in front of the machine as she and an associate crowded us with security that my boyfriend wasn’t allowed to take money out of the ATM either and give it to me because it wasn’t allowed. This is the first time thats ever happened. We were thrown off. Finally the machine gave us back the card and we left. She kept saying sorry those are the rules. Again , WE WERENT ARGUING THE RULES! WE NEVER DID! It was the card we were trying to get out! She just wasn’t listening. I called the store for a manager and the woman on the phone was petty and amused. She had attitude. I think it was the same unprofessional lady we dealt with inside. She basically said go ahead and report us. She didn’t allow me to talk to a manager or supervisor and she was vague about who I needed to talk to. Look at your cameras. We weren’t physical or yelling. It threw us off. How many times do we have to say, “ okay no problem but we need his card? Word of advice. Be careful who you hire. You need to hire people who listen to the customer. I kept telling her to let him get his card out so we can go. She kept talking over me and kept saying sorry these are the rules. We weren’t arguing the rules. We were just trying to get his card out. She wasn’t listening. Watch your videos. We never argued about the rules. We accepted and wanted to leave with my partners debit card. I was going to have to call the police had they kicked us out without our card. That’s theft and you can’t trust people not to take your card if it had popped out after we had left. This is a Horrible location. People need to stay away if you have speech disabilities. Sadly we’ve been going to your location since you first opened. We were loyal customers. Today was the first day we had to purchase at another location and I’m honestly Not coming back here again. Very odd situation. Like the movie anger management where the air marshal is accusing Adam Sandler of yelling and he tells him to calm Down? No one argued the rules. We were fine going somewhere else if he wasn’t allowed in the building. But damn, it’s like she wanted us to be upset about it. I was just hungry and cramping. Had she stopped and heard us, we wouldn’t be here. A law suit is truly under consideration.
