Extremely disappointing experience — especially for a cancer patient I went to Curaleaf specifically asking for a cartridge to help manage the pain from my cancer. Instead, I was sold a disposable. I didn't discover the mistake until I got home and opened the package. I immediately returned to the store—within about 20 minutes. The manager refused to exchange or refund it and blamed me for not checking the product before leaving the store. The only thing she offered was a $10 credit. That's not a solution when I was sold the wrong product. The disposable they sold me doesn't meet my medical needs. I specifically asked for a cartridge because I need better control with a Youcan over my medication. Now I'm stuck with a product I can't effectively use and, I now have to wait another two weeks before I can buy the cartridge I originally asked for. That means I'm left without the medication I need for my pain for two weeks. As a cancer patient, I expected accuracy, compassion, and accountability. Instead, I was blamed for their mistake and sent away with a product I didn't ask for and can't even use. This experience was infuriating and completely unacceptable. The manager's picture is attached!
