Dale was amazing. He signed me as a new member and took care of me start to finish. He recommend a great product for my big dog also. All of the staff was upbeat and ready to assist you. I highly recommend visiting this location.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews because I understand how they can affect the reputation of the company but no way should a curbside order take 30+ minutes to fulfill. I placed an order around 3 pm on 7/26/26. I had placed the pickup for 3:45-4:00. I got here a little delayed due to traffic (4:10). I called to let the dispensary know I arrived but their phone lines sound like they’re underwater so it was very difficult trying to communicate. I managed to tell them I arrived and was told I had to park in the curbside spot due to state regulations which I completely understood! I parked and called to let him know I was in the correct spot, as I was calling a security guard walked up and told us we had to park around back in the curbside area but we were already there (confusing right). You would think security would know where the curbside locations are 😒 After I established I was in the right area this was around 4:20ish I was expecting my order to be out fast because it was texted to my phone at 3:17 my order was ready for pick up and because the security guard already saw me there but no this is where they lost me. After letting the associate on the phone know I arrived and providing necessary info over the phone it took them over 10 minutes to even come to the car. I called to see what the wait was because I had a paid event that I had to attend and they were holding me up. I was told that it would be faster to come inside for “future references” and that someone would be with me shortly. About 5 minutes later a young lady came to the car, I was asked for ID (again) which I already provided online, and certain info from it over the phone (very redundant, and claimed they can’t access ID image online) she left the car and I had to wait again! Second time she came to the car was to process my Dutchie pay which I already did online (again redundant). She still didn’t have the merchandise in hand. She left the car and said I’ll be back because she still had to go get the merchandise. And I at this point was furious because why does a curbside order turn into a 30 minute wait for WEED. I arrived at 4:10 and didn’t leave until after 4:40 with my order. Will not be visiting this location.

Store closes at 10 should be removed from the Hours. The Security and Budtender just staring saying it’s closed. My order was placed at 938 I was there by 945. No one wanted to open the door for a pick up. No cash exchange just pick up. Instead the are just looking through the windows and shaking their heads. Rude. A few words could have saved a bad review.
