I've been going to this shop since it was called Maggie's in 2018. The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful with any questions. The place is clean with a nice variety of cannabis products. I must thank the budtender Sydni for being so kind while I was going through the loss of my sister. All budtenders there deserve a 5 star review. Also, the prices are affordable and I highly recommend them. KLF UPDATE: June 19, 2026 Whenever I am having a bad day, it's a joy to be in the presence of the staff. They are genuinely hospitable, which is a rare ray of sunshine while I'm picking up my pre-order. I never leave without feeling good. Yes, a part of it is because I have my medicinal marijuana. My pain levels are so high and I need to control it in order to focus and function productively on a daily basis. However, Alicia, Trez, Sydney, Alesha, Colin, Dashawn, Mariah, Sean, Jamal, Kayla and the newer staff members creates a warm and positive energy, assistance with any questions or concerns, displays patience with a smile and supports and each customer. I witness it each time I go there. They do care about my optimal health.

Their ATM was charging huge fees and only allowing $20 withdrawal at a time. They didn’t say a word about it to multiple customers who stood in line and wasted their time. Online menu sucks. It won’t let me check out saying that I need to enter missing info, but I have double checked every single field, even had to enter my medical card info twice. Liberty: PLEASE ditch your ecomm. (Also whoever decided the Shop button should go to a map view needs to have their head examined. This is entirely unusable on a mobile device — and 85% of your web visitors are probably mobile. Save yourselves lol…)

I like this spot, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good deals daily and a variety of strains, brands and products, plus there's parking! Conveniently located near the Hampden post office and 7-11 nextdoor. The only downside is the proprietary digital wallet app system that makes cashless payments slightly less convenient compared to my other favorite spot. Quickly got used to it though.

I visited from Massachusetts on 4/20 and oh my goodness liberty cannabis reminded me of my New England dispensaries but better. The staff was incredibly kind and helped me pick my order and entertained my yapping! Can’t recommend this place enough for deals, customer service and efficiency. Thank you liberty biberty canabis!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to this time. My first visit here was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had, which is why today caught me off guard. The person helping me today came off pretty short and a bit rude, and there didn’t seem to be a clear understanding of the discounts that are advertised online. The way those deals are worded can be confusing, and even after calling ahead to confirm, it didn’t match what I was told in store. Nothing personal at all, I just don’t like spending hundreds of dollars and feeling misled or unsure about how the pricing and discounts actually work. I hope this gets looked into because I know this place can do better based on my first visit.

UPDATED: Stop visiting this location for a while and came in on a random day and honestly energy is still the same. I preordered the following week and didn’t get the right amount of product so would not recommend. Buy your own scale and measure your purchase. Original: From my personal experience, this is the most expensive dispensary in the city. They never ask me my budget and always make the highest end recommendations. They have so many promos going on but they never recommend them to me when I go to this dispensary. They are cashiers not budtenders, they don’t care about your experience. Other places give gifts when you spend a certain amount, I have never receive any real benefits to the rewards program so for me it’s a dud and will likely take this place out of rotation.
