I’ve had an issue in the past where they labeled a cart as concentrate and when I went back upon opening the bag they wouldnt let me trade and just gave me a battery. I can’t smoke carts. I took a long break from them after that only eventually I started stopping in for a preroll or eighth. This time I went to use my points since I noticed they came back, I wanted to spend 20-30 after using my points(before tax) I wound up spending $43 cause points can’t be used with a deal and they they charged my card $50 instead of the typical $5 increments. I paid almost double my intention which sucks. Customer service is always great tho. But I do feel kinda ripped off.
