Every other time I come in my industry discount somehow disappears. I bring my agent ID in with me every single visit. I don’t understand why my discount keeps getting taken off.

I believe every dog has its day and with dispensaries it is exactly the same. Every day one of the dispensaries will have what you want at a price that isn't horrible, but I have a huge problem with the excessive taxes being put on every aspect of the dispensaries. Suggest if you want great weed products contact a dispensary in California or Oklahoma and you can order vape cartridges and disposable vape pens for as low as $12 less if you buy bulk, you do not need to pay the taxes here, oh well you can't get stuff mailed like that, you absolutely can and you should!!

Just left and the sales rep Christopher made the whole experience seem less, super helpful, and a breath of fresh air for a long day, great vibes, great customer service, and a great example of what kind goods is there for, a break from crap from the day

Jennifer made my experience at Kind Goods absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. Her cannabis knowledge is incredible. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the differences between products without making me feel rushed, and gave recommendations that were spot on. It's rare to find someone who's both highly knowledgeable and has such a positive, approachable personality. Jennifer is a huge asset to Kind Goods, and I'll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service she provided. Highly recommend asking for Jennifer if you visit!

No prices anywhere to be seen. Cashier is pushy and was reluctant to give me information about what I came in to buy. Hyped up a terrible product and over charged me for it. Gave me the wrong change back after telling me why they need to charge me extra money and round up to the nearest 10th to process the transaction.

be wary of deli style dispensaries. they admittedly sell low quality weed at markup prices that don't get you high. why? i don't know. but they say they do.

Edit:The whole email us @ routine they do is just to make it seem like they're interested in fixing it. They don't actually respond to the email. Smoke and mirrors. I would avoid this place. I have anxiety so I went there for the drive thru. It made it easier for me because it wasn't so personal, I could get my product and go. It was ok to begin with. Staff was nice and i always left something for them. I had an incident with an employee a few days before writing this. He was not in a very good mood that day I guess? He didn't say hi or look at me which is fine, he started to shut the compartment door before I took my hand it and that was also fine I guess. No issues, I had just decided I wasn't going to tip them today. I had already given him the money which would have left them with few dollars to put in their jar. After he started to count the money I told him I would need my change back and that normally I would tip but today I wasn't going to and I explained to him why. He said he understood and that today was a bad day for him. I get it, bad days do happen and nobody is perfect. I grabbed my change and noticed it was a dollar short. I asked him what happened and he didn't know what to tell me. I repeated how much I gave him and that I was supposed to get a certain amount back. He almost immediately got frustrated, reached into the tip jar and gave me my dollar and then stormed off. He just helped himself to a dollar of mine. I'm not sure if he thought I wouldn't notice that I was missing money or what but that's when it crossed the line. You can just help yourself to someone's money. So my reason for choosing not to come back is it just feels uncomfortable now. The employees I've interacted with afterwards seem to treat me differently and make asking me if the tips I leave go in the jar or not a big point. Seems petty but I didn't tell dude to lose his job over a dollar.

This has been my go to store for years now. The staff is consistently fantastic and they always have a great selection at good prices. Always good deals going on. I personally love their in house brands, Pinpoint carts are my go to and consistent quality. Can't say enough good things. The only other dispos that get my business are other kind goods
