  The kids decided they wanted to tag along, so what started as a simple trip somehow turned into a full family adventure. After a few wrong turns, a couple of "I thought you knew where we were going" moments, and everyone pretending they were the GPS, we finally made it. Walking in, the first thing we noticed was how clean everything was. The staff was friendly, made us feel welcome right away, and offered us refreshments while we got settled. That little touch really stood out. The lounge itself was busy and packed with people, which made for a fun atmosphere. I have to admit, though, it is still a little funny sitting in a room full of complete strangers, all quietly enjoying some bud together. Five minutes earlier you had never met anyone, and suddenly everyone is nodding at each other like lifelong friends. It is an oddly relaxing experience. The selection was excellent, the environment was comfortable, and it was easy to lose track of time just enjoying some good bud and great conversation. The kids had their own adventure, we had ours, and everyone left happy. We will definitely be back. Next time we might even let someone else be in charge of the directions. Bon Appetit!

  I'm doing 3 stars today and should have done 2 stars the last time I came. First let me just say I LOVE this place and I have been enjoying it since I moved here but the only negative thing is Jen...so negative so unfair and her energy robs this place. Please talk with her about great customer service and equality. People come to enjoy life and vacation and good vibes is where it's at...NOT a ROBOT with no fun emotions. I will continue to come back but if is at the front I will leave because she ruins my good time!!

  Place is a scam! All of the signage makes you to believe you have to purchase at the dispensary before joining the line to the lounge. So we went to the dispensary, made a purchase… joined the lounge line .. then was told we can’t bring our dispensary purchases, we have to purchase in the lounge! NOWHERE does the signage say that. We left instead. Even the worker said that they do that to make money!

  This place was really cool. The secret entrance was fun and the drinks were delicious. The server was nice also and gave us great recommendations. We will be back !

  We waited at the check in desk while the woman at the desk talked to a person on the phone for 10 minutes while we stood there patiently waiting for her to even acknowledge us. She really ruined the vibe. We were coming in to spend money. She chose to waste our time talking away. Very unprofessional. Had high hopes for Dazed and confused. Turns out the employees are the only ones dazed and confused. We just walked away. Very strange place and atmosphere for a dispensary. Read your bad reviews. That is the way this place is. Go to NuWu. Shame on you Dazed and confused 😂

  Came here right off the plane on April 14 of this year and fell in love with it immediately! Before I give a detailed review, I want to thank the manager, who was gracious and filled me in on the rules and FAQs, who also served as my bartender, and a huge note of thanks to CLAUDIA, the server who was AWESOME. Her knowledge of every strain and product in DAZED! was amazing. She was like an encyclopedia, My drink of choice was......Wake & Bake Fuses rich cold brew coffee with a kiss of raspberry syrup for a smooth, energizing twist With 2,3, or 6 mg of cannibas infused into the drinks as I went along. The coffee beans that were sprinkled on top of the drink were glorious and I chewed them and the caffeine rush was astounding. Claudia also brought over two recommended 2 "prerolls" of what strain she suggested. And, another HOME RUN! Thanks so much to all of you guys for making my first trip to your lounge so wonderful and unique.

  They have a strict 90 minute rule. We sat five minutes before water was brought. Then another ten minute to witness the server never come to say hello. Then decided to help a table of young women that had been sat 30 seconds prior to his greeting. I was super excited as I work in the industry and travelled here from Arizona. It was a planned experience for us. We walked out because clearly we weren’t worth their time.
