  Went to medizin today and as usual the stuff that I smoke they ran out of they haven't replenished any of the marijuana that I smoked in the last 6 months. What they're doing is it taking a joke that they can't sell the third party stuff from planet 13 and pushing it off on the locals! Hey Adam the General Manager why don't you do something about this, why don't you ensure that the locals are taken care of with fresh product! All you're doing is firing people for no reason at all! You have a good staff at medizin, the problem is the product you're selling is either stale outdated or doesn't get anybody High! Your Quality Control sucks! You're forcing people to go to other places and I think I am going to be one of them!

  I drive to Medizin from Henderson, that’s how much I like this Dispensary. The Budtenders are extremely helpful and their prices are very comparable.

  They advertised a $79 Oz but once you go there they claim that they are out of it and quickly upsell you to the 99.00 Oz which after tax of 18% takes you almost $120. We went there twice and they were out of the $79 Oz both times. Staff are super nice and friendly.

  Called with a question and got delivery and Xavier or David (he mumbles) decided to hang up. Asked to speak to supervisor and he refused. Very rude.

  I felt welcome 🤗 as soon as I approached the door. Security was very nice he gave a warm greeting 😊. The budtender were very pleasant. Although the place is a bit small it still works well with the setting. The khalifa was a great choice. Great looking buds and the smell is amazing 😍.

  This is gonna go straight out to the manager Adam. I've been coming to this dispensary for about four years now and recently yesterday I came in, and I was told that one of the favorite receptionist Maile had quit due to a reason that her mom was dying in the hospital. One of the workers yesterday had mentioned that management gave her option because it was a EDC weekend. She had claimed that she had to be at the hospital with her mother it is wrong and sad for a manager to not allow an employee to be with the parent during a dying stage. I was also told by one of the bud tenders that he has no sympathy for any of the employees for the company it's hard to be told that a hard young lady like her had to quit her job and have a choice between her job and her mother.. there's one thing that I have to say. This young lady has always give excellent customer service to every guest. There's been moments where I had to wait in the lobby because they were so busy and so packed, but no matter what she handled the situation and always asked a lot of the guest if they were OK or if they needed anything, she always put a smile on everybody's face always welcoming her guest, her greatness. Her conversation always made the day. I remember there was an incident. I was behind a young fella and he was arguing with your employee because his ID was expired. She took the time to explain to him how the rules are and apologize that she had a situation that she would be with me in a minute You guys had a excellent employee myself and my son are definitely gonna miss her. You should have never allowed this to get to this situation. I came in again today and it breaks my heart to not be able to see that smile or to see her at work. She is definitely missed And to know through some friends that her mother passed away that Saturday night is just sadness. She always took the time for her guest every day. Nobody should have to choose their job or choose a parent that is going through health issues and this is wrong of the company to allow this from a manager. I wanna give a five star to her and another five star for the other employees explaining why this young woman is no longer here. I will be going to planet 13 & for some of the customer service that is now happening at Medizin sucks . I would never forget that pretty face of hers with that smile. Definitely improve your management better and look out for your employees better because you never know what they could be possibly going through. We all miss you Maile

  Great experience with the budtenders! Isiah and Justin were very chill and welcoming, also love the new receptionist, I had a real awkward experience listening to the last receptionist. She’d ask how my day was, that’s cool, but then I’d get some CRAAAZY unfiltered story whenever I’d ask her how she was doing, so thank you for removing the piece of awkwardness 🙏🏼

  When i usually come there’s no issue when i ask to use my own bag so that i dont have to pay for that exit bag but today this older white lady denied me and told me i couldn’t use my bag. I don’t see why not when all you have to do is transfer the items the other bag. This is the first time a dispensary has told me no and refused to let me use my own bag, and I’ve never had an issue with it at medizin until she started working there smh. I will definitely make sure she’s never my budtender again terrible experience
