  At its core, this dispensary is just... a building with weed in it. Which, apparently, is all they aspire to be. I kept coming back because, honestly, how bad can buying weed be? Ignore the rude cashiers, grab your flower, tap your card, and leave. Cute in theory. The last three visits have been an Olympic event in customer frustration. The last two visits I had to remind the cashier that I get to spin the little promo wheel. Babe, why am I training the staff? The visit before that, I "won" free gummies. Except, plot twist! I couldn't actually have them. I was told I had to come back within 24 hours to claim them. And wouldn't you know it, every time I "win" gummies there's suddenly some reason I can't leave with them. It's less of a prize and more of a scavenger hunt. Then today's episode. They couldn't scan my product because of labeling issues, so I'm already standing there longer than necessary. All I wanted was to pay and leave. Instead, the cashier became emotionally invested in getting me to spin the promo machine. I politely said I wasn't interested because of what happened last time. He kept insisting, "I want to make sure you get what you paid for." Sir... what? I did get what I paid for. It's literally in the bag you're holding hostage while trying to convince me to play the dispensary slot machine. Meanwhile, y'all still owe me from the last "prize." The whole experience feels like late-stage capitalism wrapped in bright lights and loyalty rewards. Every interaction is another promotion, another gimmick, another hoop to jump through instead of just providing decent customer service. I'll happily drive 20 extra minutes to support a dispensary that treats customers like people instead of contestants on The Price Is Pot. I'd rather spend my money somewhere with actual community ties, competent management, and employees who don't make walking out feel like I'm the punchline. The weed may be the same. The experience absolutely isn't.

  As of recently they have made it so that my household cannot use a single account. It was fine for 2 years and I went in today and there's some new clerk who had the manager come out and just take me off my account (hooked to my ID) with all of my purchase history and points I've accumulated. I assume the manager is new because he didn't consult me at all. Just walked out, looked at it and decided that my account was now forfeit. It's a shame because on my last budget review we spent almost $100 a week. I'm sure they are not going to hurt for losing a couple customers but to completely ignore me and make your own decision when the other option was just to take her off my account and let me have my stuff is infuriating. Old outdated review below ~~10/10. Friendly knowledgeable people and good prices with a lovely point system. This place is the bomb and is easily my favorite dispensary after shopping around.~~

  Whomever came up with the drive thru and being open 24 hours deserves a raise !! I live within walking distance of one of the other dispensaries and rather come here not only for the prices( great deals I feel) but the convenience of the hours and drive thru. Theres a reason why I have an account with NevadaMade not anyone else!!

  I call this dispensary the desperate dispensary and that says a lot considering I only live three blocks away I don't normally write reviews but I've had enough negative experiences at this place that I'm finally going to do it and it makes me really sad cuz they even have friends that work there but at the end of the day this needs to be addressed the management skills at this place are just down the drain you don't know how many times I've driven down there to get a deal that's been posted on their website just to be told that it was a mistake it's not happening they've sold out it's a small dispensary with clearly enough staff but we can't track what inventory we have or make sure the deals they post on the website are actually going through even today I got stuck waiting in line at the drive-thru for 35 minutes to be told after they accepted my order that they don't have it why you would accept an order you don't have I'm very unaware but again poor management skills then I wait in the lobby for another 15 minutes and again no apologies no we're going to work on fixing this it's always just oh it didn't work out in your favor and wasted an hour of your time that's awesome cuz it affected you not us anyway have a good one again I know how these reviews work I'm just going to be another one-star review along with the rest but I'm really hoping that someone on the management side of things actually sees this review and decides to make some changes cuz spending 50 minutes at a dispensary just to be told that we confirmed an order we can't even fulfill is kind of annoying especially when you have to wait in two different lines and this isn't even my first instance I have tons of horror stories like I said in the beginning of this rant / review I called them the desperate dispensary Because unless you're 100% completely desperate I really don't recommend you shop here there are plenty of the dispensaries within a 2 to 3 Mi radius with much better deals much better customer service and much better management skills

  Thank you Nevada Made, you reached out and corrected the issue I had posted below. I appreciate the ownership. *My previous review which was a 3/5 star* Usually a great shop but today our order was missing a pre-roll and the staff said we must've opened it and dropped it. We definitely didn't drop it and returned almost right away to let them know they had made an error. Staff offered a replacement that was lower in quality and the opposite of the strain I had ordered originally. I cannot use this strain and I am very upset as we have never caused any issues in the past and had expected them to own up to their mistakes instead of gaslighting us.

  first time coming here but it's 2am in the morning and completely dead why do I have to sit in a waiting area to be called I could understand if it was busy or short staffed and it took forever for something I already ordered online the only reason I'm not rating lower is because the staff was friendly and they had the brand and strain I like and in all fairness I can't get mad at them for doing their job.

  I came in last Sunday and normally I’m greeted at the front door by a very personable and friendly woman named Whitney. To my surprise she was behind the counter and took my order! This lady is a rockstar, she has the energy your store lacks most days. Truly any time I come in, I will be requesting Whitney.

  Congrats, Nevada Made Dispensary — you just lost a loyal customer. After nearly six months of shopping here almost every day, it’s disappointing to be treated like I was doing something wrong simply for waiting patiently in the lobby for my Uber after making a purchase. Being told I was “loitering” by a very loud and rude black employee in a wheelchair 10minutes after spending money in your store was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I’ve supported this business consistently, but after that interaction, I won’t be returning.
