  bought defective product and manager on shift did everything and anything to not replace said product. for context, i had bought an indopuff rosin disposable and unless you try to suck it with the strength of 1000 necks to even get it to work and when you conjure up the strength do actually do so, a very minuscule amount of smoke comes out and super thin clouds as well. i literally feel like im drinking a jack in the box milkshake. it is NOT an enjoyable experience at all, but because she blew the disposable really hard from the bottom of it and a very small amount of smoke DID come out she negated my whole argument about it not being enjoyable to smoke. she also tried to say it was because it’s rosin and that that’s normal which i just laughed at cause that’s just a straight up lie, i have the same exact disposable in a different strain and it does not do this! this was my first ever time having an issue here but it was enough to ruin my entire experience and leave this review. very disappointed.

  I’ve usually had good experiences at this dispensary. The deals and prices are solid, and I’ve been a regular customer who’s spent a lot of money here. Unfortunately, my last two visits completely changed my opinion. The first incident involved a white, tomboyish budtender. I went into the serving room but needed to quickly call my friend to confirm which 14g strain I wanted. She told me I couldn’t be on the phone in the serving area, which was completely understandable, so I stepped into the waiting lobby like she instructed. While I was literally in the waiting lobby on the phone for what would’ve been another 10 seconds, she came rushing out and basically told me she was going to help the next customer “so everything moves faster and smoother.” I had no choice but to say okay. Instead of waiting 10 more seconds for me to finish the call she told me to take in the lobby, I ended up waiting another 5–6 minutes before I could be helped again. That made absolutely no sense and defeated the whole purpose. While I was waiting, I called my friend back because I was frustrated and had places to be. As I was venting in what is supposed to be the waiting lobby, the Black woman working the front desk started listening in. The moment I expressed my frustration to my friend, she suddenly told me, “Oh, you can go ahead and go in now.” It felt like my private conversation was being eavesdropped on instead of me simply being allowed to wait my turn. When I got back to the budtender, she asked if I had gotten the screenshot. I told her I already had it and didn’t understand why I had been skipped. I asked for the Bushido OG half-ounce that was advertised for $49. Instead, she started trying to ring me up for two separate eighths, even though I had already told her from the beginning my budget was around $60. When I asked again about the half-ounce, she said she thought I had asked for something around $20. I never said that—she did. She eventually admitted, “Oh yeah, that’s my bad.” The entire interaction felt disorganized and unnecessarily frustrating. Then came my visit last night around midnight, which honestly pushed me to leave this review. It was busy, which wasn’t an issue. I handed my ID to a new employee—a bigger Latina woman with glasses that I hadn’t seen before. My ID has clear tape on it because an ex-boyfriend tried to snap it in half during a domestic dispute back in 2024. The ID is still completely readable, my photo and date of birth are perfectly visible, and it scans without any issues. Instead of even attempting to scan it like every other employee here has done countless times before, she looked at it for a few seconds, slid it back to me, and said she couldn’t accept it. I explained that this exact ID has been accepted at this location many times before. Her response was, “Yeah, it depends who’s up front, but I’m not willing to risk my job.” That response was honestly embarrassing. Not only was I turned away in front of a full lobby, but she also admitted that whether my ID is accepted apparently depends on which employee is working. That’s an incredibly inconsistent policy. She never even attempted to scan it or verify that I’m a returning customer who’s purchased here many times. If the ID was unreadable or wouldn’t scan, I’d completely understand. But neither of those things was true. The tape doesn’t cover my information, it doesn’t prevent the ID from scanning, and every previous employee has accepted it without issue. I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated because the experience seemed completely avoidable. If this is actually store policy, then it should be enforced consistently by everyone. If it isn’t, employees need better training so customers aren’t treated differently depending on who’s working that day. I genuinely like this dispensary, which is why this review is disappointing to write. But after these last two experiences, I hope management takes a look at the customer service and consistency, especially at the front desk.

  Today i ordered #309149302 for a cartridge. On the way i realized I lost my battery and placed order #514817837. Got my bag n drove off to realize the battery wasn't in the bag, only the cartridge was. Drove back n let them know about the missing $15 battery. Everything was fixed n as I was about to drive away the original staff member who I delt with the first time give attitude about "I know I gave it to you the first time" why would I lie about a cheap battery? Maybe she would, which says all. If you're that bitter about your job, quit. Humans make mistakes but don't give ppl attitude when they never even made it it out to be tour issue.

  They wouldn't serve me because I didn't speak English, and of course, the staff didn't speak Spanish! Very poor customer service, and they didn't seem to consider that the store in that location is new! I don't recommend it.

  Anybody who lives on the east side knows that we have very few dispensaries at our disposal and minimums plus delivery fees make it a black market rich environment. Imagine my delight when Nevada Mada Marijuana moved into the old XO Liquor spot conveniently located at the Charleston exit off of the 11 No matter if you're coming from the South or the North. It's right there. XO Liquor relocated to the bck of the same parking lot and are located next to the tattoo shop and the bar. It's a whole different vibe over there now. Bringing the dispensary squared up the whole block and brought several affluent businesses together without pushing anyone out. Thank you Nevada Made Marijuana and the other businesses that had that round table. Update: It's all about the Presidential Moon Rocks. NMM has a pretty decent point system for locals, I visit often.

  Service is slow. Waiting area is packed. More staff is needed. Drive out to Sahara wellness. Better deals and no wait due to a lot of staff

  I like this place They seem to always have an eclectic selection of pre-rolls. Sometimes as low as 5.00 That always makes it worth a stop if I'm out somewhere and spot a Nevada Made store
