I have been a loyal customer of this store since it opened. The past few months the quality of the flower brand I buy has been so bad that I have complained to the night manager on many occasions. These are not flower they're a huge stem with very little flower. Two ounces were full of seed hules. The night manager has refused to do anything and he knows that I've had nasal cancer. No one should be smoking wood, stem, it causes cancer. I have not been offered a refund or a replacement not even a pre-roll. On their national website it says that you have 45 days for a refund. I'm 71 years old and have never been refused a refund at any place of business in the world except for New leaf dispensary on Twain avenue Las Vegas Nevada 89119. They do not know their product. These strains should have been destroyed a long time ago. This is definitely a case of money is more important than the customer and the customer's health.
