I like the rewards program, and I’m impressed with many deals. However, I’m increasingly disappointed that some products go out of stock and stay out of stock for months, specifically edibles, tinctures, and tabs. I keep having to try other products that I either don’t like or are more expensive. I get that it’s sometimes the suppliers fault, but could I at least get information, like when restocks are expected or why delays happen? I only benefit from a good rewards program if there’s actually product to buy.

This new reward program is a rip off. What I used to get for 600 points was a bag of medical grade gummies, $55. Now it will be 1800 points? Huh...

Having people stockpile points for YEARS only to have them taken away and added to a new (much worse!) points system is complete BS. I have been a loyal customer since you first opened up and this is how you treat me? You are now offering a MESELY 2.5% back and have gotten rid of all other programs. Your business is failing (we all see the empty, unstocked shelves and the few remaining employees who are unhappy) and your big, bright idea was to rip off your loyal customers? Shame on you. I deleted my previous five star review and would rate zero stars if I could.

Told me I had 400 points in my account and could get 10 dollars off. Came down and they were like nah it's in the old system and won't let me apply it to the new system. Didn't get 40 percent off my first purchase, no 400 point bonus for downloading the app, my 400 points came from a birthday reward I had redeemed but didn't use yet and then they changed the system. Horrible experience smh could've took the 10 off and took my points away was somehow able to use them to redeem a free gram for me how does that make sense

The manager with the deep voice was yelling at people in the store for very minor things. Very weird vibes esp for a dispensary. Their prices aren’t good anyways, a couple better places nearby

The manager is very rude, insinuated I was racist because he’s black. I never said anything he just kept screaming for no reason every time I asked a question. Plus their deals are not even good, better places nearby like Pisos that are cheaper and not rude

The manager is extremely rude, yelled at because I wanted to charge my phone in their unused outlet even though I was buying stuff. Another employee said I could use their outlet so I thought that was fine then the manager runs up and yells at me for using that outlet and kicks me out. Very rude. And their prices are overblown
