  I had a great experience with Essence! She was incredibly helpful, took the time to walk me through all of the products, and made thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for. Her knowledge and guidance made the process easy and enjoyable. On top of that, she had great energy and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Excellent customer service all around. I'll definitely be returning and look forward to working with Essence again!

  Can’t leave this under my government name because of work. But I’ve been a customer for quite some time, pretty much from when you all opened. My favorite employee was the little emo kid and when he left it became the cartoon girl. Lately I’ve noticed the products have gotten better but my experience has not. If the cartoon girl isn’t working then my order is almost always wrong. I ask for my last order and they tell me they can’t find me by my phone number or name, but she finds it every time. I’m a fickle man when it comes to my time and she gets me in and out quickly, smoothly and with a smile. She remembers my order, things about my grand babies, and is what today’s kids need when it comes to work ethic.

  Had an interesting experience at this store, wasn’t very inviting until the young lady came out and took time to get to know what I was looking for. Changed my whole experience, she was friendly, welcoming not pushy and understood what I wanted and recommended products that actually work. She was a sweetheart and this store needs more employees like her.

  Ok so this is my 4th time at Budr Yonkers and I have been a loyal customer since my first experience with them! Gus in particular is awesome because not only does he recommend the best products based on your preferences, but you can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience and the brands they carry. He put me onto Mini Mart flower and Turn pods and I am hooked on both- amazing products! Will definitely continue supporting Budr. Finally, their promos are unbeatable!!! Seriously great incentives. Overall great energy- I love everything about this place! Would give 10 stars if I could, they deserve it.
