This is what pure Ohio wellness London Ohio sells you for $50 … it’s supposed to be sum high quality animal mints flower sitting at %31 Thc … smoked terrible , taste like burnt up chemicals , not only that but it was super stemmy & so dry it crumbled up like sand !!! Pure Ohio is this what you call “high quality “ ??? Charging $50 for a 2.83 , not even a full 3.5 , charged me $219 just for 11 grams cmon now , I recommend everyone going to bowz in Monroe Michigan , waaaaaay more cheaper ,, waaaay better quality bud and way fresher stuff . Ohio is full of nothing but dried up , freeze dried chemical buds that smell like hair product

Stopped by as we were passing through… We won’t be stopping here again. The front desk check us in in a way that caused 2 people from our party of 4 to wait an extra 10 minutes in the lobby. When they were finally called in, their budtender told them “how to check in next time because you shouldn’t tell the front desk you’re there with others as that will cause you to wait longer”. When I said “being our first time here, could the front desk tell the customer that right off the bat so we are aware?” He continued to tell us that we did something wrong. The other budtender we worked with was acting erratically and couldn’t keep track of anything we were saying. I had to repeat at least 4 times that we wanted sativa, yet she still brought us out indica products. Then even when I tried to correct her again, she still brought out the incorrect dosages and flavors of the edibles we talked about. It took multiple prompts and reminders for us to get the products we wanted. Additionally, there was a BOGO deal going on, but our budtender clearly was not knowledgeable on that either. She told us about things that weren’t part of the deal, but then they were. She told us things were part of the deal, then they weren’t. I told her I didn’t want to spend more than $50 on a pack of edibles, and she gave me and charged me for. $60 pack of gummies, without saying anything. Had I noticed before starting my drive again, I would have said something so maybe that one is on me. Based on other reviews and our experience, if you’re reading this take this as a sign to go to another dispensary. This place is shady, inconsistent, and customer service is subpar.

Got a vape from here it stop working with atleast 50% of liquid still in it charged and everything literally a day later told me over the phone just bring it back in and we can either fix it or replace it. So I brought it in then the manager proceeded to tell me that it was empty and there’s nothing they can do with it as both of us looking at clearly atleast half full cart then went off on me and told me they where not gonna help me. Terrible customer service had the receipt and everything proofing I bought the day before. I don’t know about you but I feel like if I buy a product and it doesn’t work intill its gone and a place as a return policy I would hope I would be able to return it.

Will never return as I was denied my medical discount after showing valid id and valid medical card. I also showed letters to prove my address was correct still denied my medical discount, profit chasing on medical patients at its finest!

Good place good people most if the time but you guy have a bud tender in the wrong profession, if you check my ID at the door that's it that's all I should be checked I don't need to get double checked in the back by a person that's going to micro look at my id for a flaw, like im not in the back if im not cleared already so dont get me back there an start being petty cause i will have a issue an flip my switch. so switched to a one time ID the first time with a scan of ppl thump or finger, then a thump print scanner sign in . Make for easy check it like a time clock. I I usually don't have an issue with showing my id again but this same lady every time wants to make it like im coming there trying to get over when im clearly in the system for last last couple years. Idk but im came out more stress then i went in do better

Really stopped going here cause Whoever is making the decisions here seems.to be out of touch, decided to shit on their customer base. Making changes fornthe worse. Ripping ppl off with the 3.5 over the 2.83 over charge for very low thc count trying to force you to.buy their 3.5 for double triple what you pay for the 2.83 I started shopping elsewhere. If im gonna get screwed might as well shop closer to home.

People enforce random policies when they want to, one day it's one way the next it's different and it makes it extremely difficult for anyone on a tight schedule who doesn't have time to wait curbside 20 minutes for an order they put back on you already. Not everyone can go inside and reorder, that's why you have a curbside option and that's why I was there, long long before close, mind you. If you have any reason for not being able to enter the store you're treated like an inconvenience, this is not the first time I've had a curbside order cancelled for a random reason they cited as a policy they never enforced before. Back to Columbus I go.
