Went to the drive through and was charged tax as a medical patient. I called and asked if I came back in if I could be refunded for the overcharge, and the lady said yes. When I went back the managers solution was to provide store points. When I informed the manager I wasn’t interested in returning, he said there was nothing he could do. I informed the manager i provided my medical ID for check out and the employee tried to blatantly lie and say he didn’t see it. Beware of being scammed here, I will be reporting this incident as well. Update: never heard from anyone from this location about “making it right” or a refund like the reply said

I don’t normally leave reviews, but Marco and Emma deserve the recognition. They were kind, patient, and showed genuine empathy, which is rare these days. They made sure I left with everything I needed. The drive-thru is also a huge convenience. Thank you both for the amazing customer service! I’ll be back again and again!

I had no problems here and as a first time customer they gave me 15% off and made me an account so the more I come there the more I save with there point system.... everyone was so nice... and another thing is that you can check in as anonymous so that they want half to scan your ID....
